Payment is required after your appointment has been confirmed and before your scheduled consultation. Your confirmation email will include the available payment methods and complete payment instructions.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Light & Leaf Wellness does not bill insurance. Clients are responsible for the full cost of services. Consultations provide educational, wellness-based guidance and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions or replace care from a licensed healthcare professional.
